High Tunnel Bed Time Stories
As the days get colder, this high tunnel only gets bolder. As more and more beds are being built, more and more of the already planted crops are popping up. So far, we have planted;
lettuce, bok choy, asparagus peas, kale, cilantro, carrots, radishes and spinach.
